This policy explains how fees, cancellations, and refunds work for Juniper Healthcare Partners consulting engagements.

Consulting Services

Juniper Healthcare Partners provides professional consulting services. We do not sell products or process purchases through this website. The contact form and free strategy call carry no charge and create no payment obligation.

Engagement Agreements Govern Fees

All paid work is performed under a written engagement agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. That agreement is the controlling document for your project and sets out:

  • The scope of services and deliverables.
  • Fees, deposits or retainers, and the payment schedule.
  • Cancellation and termination terms.
  • How any refund or credit of unearned fees is handled.

Where this policy and your signed engagement agreement differ, the engagement agreement controls.

Deposits and Retainers

Some engagements require a deposit or retainer before work begins. Unless your agreement states otherwise, deposits and retainers are applied to services performed and are non-refundable once work has commenced, to the extent of the time and resources already committed.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel or pause an engagement by contacting us in writing. If you cancel before all contracted work is complete, you remain responsible for fees earned and expenses incurred through the effective date of cancellation. Any fees paid in advance for services not yet performed will be refunded or credited as provided in your engagement agreement.

Billing Questions and Disputes

We want every client to feel the engagement was handled fairly. If you believe an invoice is incorrect or have concerns about fees, contact us promptly and we will work with you to review the matter in good faith.
